"Very nice place to live, I’ve lived here for a year, Towne Properties took over a little while ago, & they have been GREAT. The office lady is very nice & understanding; & the maintenance people make sure to come whenever you put in a request, & that’s rare most places! My place is nice & feels like a little house, way better than living in an apartment. it’s in a quiet area & nothing ever happens so it’s very peaceful. I have no complaints, & would 100% recommend moving here!!!"
"If your looking for a quite, homey place to live this is it, not a lot of space outside but you do have a good size porch. Most importantly I moved in the end of March and did experience some rough patches with move in ready request. However with this new management WOW! Spot on, Thanks to the gals in the office! I call them pit bulls”. And a Great Guy for our maintenance, every time I’ve called they show up for me, who has that privilege now days. And I thank them for their hard work."
"I have loved my time here at Stonebrook! There is plenty of parking and yard space. Both neighbors and management are nice which makes a big difference. Management let’s you know far in advance about any routine maintenance. The location is perfect, Kroger is 5 min away and downtown Franklin is 10 min. There’s also a new playground, Kephart Park that’s 5 min away! I’m moving due to my job but I wish I could renew!"
