"The amount of money you have to pay for outdoor parking is ridiculous. There is also public parking in the same lot, so “paid reserved” spots are always taken, nothing ever gets done about it, that’s the only downfall of these apartments."

"Extremely disappointed in Wilshaw. Management has changed this year - which we thought would be a good thing. We resigned our lease because we were told rent would not increase if we did, only to be told 2 months later that we will now be forced to pay $80 per vehicle to park in the outdoor surface lot at the apartments or risk being towed. We already pay a lot of money to live in mediocre apartments with little amenities, now we have to pay $160 extra a month just to park where we live. It's a joke, honestly."

"Good location but expensive. There were a total of 2 ownership changes in under a year, so staff varied. Quiet until PraxAir had to release pressure, which led to a high pitched whine that could be heard through the walls. There is no need to pay for an outdoor parking pass as there was always ample parking even during busy nights."

"Very positive experience. One complaint is that people put food in the trash can in the garage which could attract rodents. Also, would love to have hallways and stairs swept more often. Otherwise, everything has been great!"

"This is the worst apartment living I have ever experienced. Wilshaw did not react promptly when mice made their homes in our hallways, stair cases and rooms of the building. Wilshaw did not react promptly to removing local cars from the paid parking spots of tenants. Wilshaw did not react promptly to the air not working in multiple apartment rooms. Wilshaw did not react promptly to maintenance requests and when they do, they do not let you know when they are showing. Wilshaw is unable to react promptly to any requests as the number they provide in the portal for emergencies or maintenance requests is unavailable and unable to accept calls. The valet trash is a required service that you cannot opt out of and they do not complete trash removal every night. Rent rises each year over $100. Several of the interior and exterior doors do not open until multiple attempts at using the key fob or pulling. For how expensive this apartment is, I would expect a much better living experience."
