"My wife and I stayed at the Apex at Perry Crossing after we sold our home in north Indianapolis, as we waited for our home to be completed in Southwest Florida. We give the Apex, and staff, the highest possible review. It was a perfect location with many restaurants, chopping and movie theater very close. We also liked that it was close to the airport. Nikol, along with Carrie, Austin and Trisha were outstanding! Also Jerry in maintance. They care about the tenants, worked hard to addressed every concern as quickly as possible during the final construction of the complex. We loved the layout of our apartment with the attached garage, but there are several options to choose from based on individual needs. This was a great temporary home before moving south. It was a perfect temporary home for us."

"I’ve lived at Apex at Perry Crossing for almost a year. The location is perfect! It has easy access to shopping, dining, and a movie theater. Everything is a short drive away, and most things are within walking distance. My favorite parts of the apartment are the kitchen and bathroom. The large kitchen island adds plenty of extra counter space, and the bathroom has tons of storage and vanity space. The clubhouse has lounge areas, a gym (24hrs), a drink station, and a pool table. If you work from home like I do, you can efficiently work in the clubhouse lounge or use one of the study rooms. The complex has a low noise level is perfect for remote workers. Having lived at Apex at Perry Crossing for nearly a year, I can vouch for its unbeatable location—close to shopping, dining, and entertainment options, with most just a walk away. The apartments and clubhouse are new and well-maintained. The neighbors are not noisy, making Apex ideal for those working from home. The staff are friendly and ready to address any concerns you may have. I Highly recommend Apex for a comfortable and convenient living experience."
