The property grounds are well maintained and clean. The office staff is always very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is hard working making sure the grounds look good and has always been quick to fix any maintenance issues I've submitted!"

"I lived at Bradford ridge for over a year. The property manager Jessica was so helpful and easy to work with. We had an issue with our fridge over the weekend and it was no big deal maintenance took care of the issue within less then 24 hours. I always felt safe in my community and loved that the laundry was on site. We didn't even have to leave our hallway so it wasn't an issue when it started getting cold out. I highly recommend Bradford ridge. Great community and great layout for a 2 bedroom. We only moved because we had to move out of state. The move out process was super easy as well and move out fees were very reasonable."

The parking lots are always well maintained no trash lying around. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The maintenance is awesome as well, if I need something fixed they are always quick to get it done."
