"So let me tell you guys something… I lived at fountain park and they wanted 3000 on a 1 bed 1 bath and pay for everything!!!! My wife and I were mad and stressed we needed money and looked for a cheap apartment, I found CedarGate Apartments were very cheap with there 1 bed 1 bath. It come with a W/D hookup, big living room, patio, a bar, bigger kitchen than Fountain Park, I can also grill and grow a garden as well. We pay $889 a month and water, trash, sewer, parking are all included. I PREFER MY OWN INTERNET WITH BEING A VTUBER!!! But yeah very sweet ladies in the office Megan 1 and Megan 2 are very sweet ladies. Deserves a 5 star easily."

"I lived there for 12 months, and it was decent. The price wasn't initially what I thought it would be by the time they added their community fees and other miscellaneous items. I chose to rent a washer and dryer in my 1-bedroom unit, which was an additional $40/month on my rent. The washer and dryer, and the appliances in general, were not the best quality--but they weren't terrible either. I did not like living by a train track. When I asked the leasing agent about how many times the train rolled by PER MONTH, he said four. Nope, that's about what happens in two days. And it happens at almost 10:00 PM when I'm getting relaxed before sleeping. The neighbors weren't my favorite, but they could have been worse. I think one was selling drugs next door. He would have people over, and they would throw up next to my window. So much fun! Also, he would slam his door, so I would hear that every time since my bedroom was right next to his door. So the people reading this, I'd say try to find another location if you can. You're paying a lot of money for an old building near a railroad track in a college town."

"If you asked me a year ago if I would live here again the answer would be no. My fiancé and I have lived at cedargate 2 years and have moved to three different units in the process. The first move was by choice and the second due to a very bad mold infestation that resulted in the loss of lots of personal belongings. This, of course, was under the management of a different team than who is in charge now. After a few months of trying to seek compensation and getting nowhere we were graced with getting into contact with the district manager. She was on our side from the very beginning, and she helped assemble the current team at cedargate now. I really did not think my fiancé and I were gonna end up leaving happy with our stay but the district manager really turned things around for us. So if you are renting here and have problems that need dealt with, just ask someone on the cedargate team and don’t stop asking because they’ll eventually get around to helping you get in the best way possible."
