Woodbridge Apartments in Bloomington 3401 John Hinkle Place, Bloomington, IN 47408

"I recently lived at Woodbridge Apartments during my stay in Bloomington. I had a few maintenance issues at the beginning of my stay that they immediately tended to. Everyone in the leasing office was great and even helped me bring packages into my apartment when I was away at work. It was very peaceful, quiet, and my view of the woods was beautiful. I already miss my little apartment and would have stayed if I could!!"

"Very disappointing. My bestfriend recommended this apartment and I have been so excited! I just moved in June 1st, just now a month in and my AC has NOT worked. I have called and they’ve sent guys in who have literally just turned on and off the AC then said it was working. The last guys said “Idk buy a fan” buy a fan for an apartment that sits at 80 degrees for a week! We bought fans and have even tried turning it completely off for 45-hour and nothing. Now I call and they don’t even answer. DO NOT MOVE HERE, they “renovated” but all the important things, water, ac and heat are all old. My furnace filter says it hasn’t been changed it’s 2017!!"

"I just have to post on here, because some of these reviews just floors me. This has by far been the BEST place I have ever lived & I am one picky Mama when chosing a home...I feel safe with my children, love my neighbors, quiet & very friendly neighborhood. NO POLICE ACTIVITY in the whole year I've been here. If I wasn't moving to Flordia, I definitely wouldn't be moving from here. Maintenance is fast, amazing and hard working. As far as staff, I've never encountered 1 problem & everyone has always been friendly, kind, remembered my kids names, just so welcoming. Couldn't ask for better staff. As far as roaches, NEVER EVER seen anything as such, very clean neighborhood couple spiders here and there as expected when season changes but pest control comes every 2 weeks. There always updating something and making new improvements to the community. Truly, if I could rate this a 10, I would. If you want something family oriented and safe and clean, this is the place to be. I only hope the home I find in Florida is just as good! Thank you Woodbridge for the best year of any place I have ever lived!"

"Lived at Woodbridge with my partner and cat for about 9 months. They were happy for us to sign a shorter lease since we were about to graduate and move out of state after the semester ended. For an older complex, the renovations they made to the apartments made them feel much newer. We were allowed to drill and hang things on the wall, making our apartment feel like a home. The outdoor storage space was helpful, but we did run into issues with mice and had to have traps placed. The fitness center was under construction when we moved in and we were told it would be ready by the fall, but it was delayed until a few weeks before we moved out, which was unfortunate since we were looking forward to using this amenity. All in all, customer service was amazing, the property was above average for the area, and few complaints on our end for our short time there."

"The Woodbridge Apartments are okay. They are a little older. However there grounds are pretty clean. They have a swimming pool for in the summer too bad they don't have an indoor pool. Most apartment complexes don't have an indoor pool anyways but it would be nice. They are doing some remodeling on these apartments so hopefully they end up looking better!"
