"Lived at Lincoln Park Station. The management did not do a JOINT move-out inspection that they had promised, made me waste my time waiting for someone who had left earlier without notice, and then rudely berated me over the phone to drop off the keys at the main office. They promised that my deposit won't be deducted for keys not collected during the move-out inspection because it was their mistake. A month later, my deposit is deducted FOR UNRETURNED KEYS. I asked for a refund but they still haven't got back to me after a month and a half."

"I told you five months ago to fix the sink. And they put it off a number of times. Then I finally fixed it. And the cleaner decided to come. I didn't believe the story. As expected, she didn't come. hahaha. We have a lot to fix. But we don't know when this will be fixed. And it costs 15 dollars to use the parking lot. It also costs $2.25 to use the washing machine and $2.00 to use the dryer. Compared to other places, it is expensive. If you searched to live here, I'd tell you to use another place."

"Sufficient accommodations but POOR MAINTENANCE RESPONSE. Moisture is a major problem and pipes are leaking through the ceiling. Work is left undone and apparently forgotten. My sister's apartment has a SIGNIFICANT MOLD PROBLEM in multiple rooms on ceilings and in walls. Attempts to communicate the issue have been brushed aside with temporary and incomplete fixes. It is affecting her belongings and the situation speaks very poorly of the facilities, staff, and administration."

"Distinct management is an embarrassing establishment. I haven't even been here a month and have been severely disappointed by the management team several times. The "AC" was broken when I moved in and I was not informed at all. They put a window unit in that was basically a glorified fan and took it out of my unit today because another building's "AC" went out today. For reference, the temp outside today was in the 90's with humidity, and even with the AC unit and all the fans running it was still unbearably hot inside. I had to find longterm dog sitting because it was too hot for my dog to safely stay here. He couldn't stop panting and wouldn't play at all because of heat exhaustion. I bought another AC window unit for the bedroom, because they provided nothing else for the unit, and it is still not enough. The maintenance crew has been working tirelessly to fix the "AC" but all it does it push a little cool air out. When I called to ask why they AC unit was being taken out of my apartment they transferred me to the after hours line which no one was on. They purposely had maintenance take the AC units out of our apartments after hours so we couldn't call and voice our complaints. Don't make the same mistake I did and live somewhere else."

"Managment gets worse every year as well as maintenance. They used to spray once a month for bugs here( and its needed) but I havent seen anyone in over a year now easily. Extremely expensive for what is offered. And do not believe there website testemonials. Its not a ten minute walk to campus. Bare minimum depending on where you want to go is a half hour. Hallways smell like "substances" even though they try to hide it with air fresheners. I see police here all the time. In fact , just last year my downstairs neighbor shot a hole through MY apartment floor. I know that part has nothing to do with the management itself but it should tell you the kind of neighborHOOD you are moving into. Do yourself a favor and look elswhere. Dont become another victim of this place. That's how incompetent theses people are. I DO live here."
