"The apartments are nice and clean however I don't appreciate how our contact was blocked from the apartments. My family and I were waiting for someone to contact us which we reached back out to touch base on our application and position in the wait list. We found that our email and number was blocked while trying to reach back out via email and call. If you didn't want us to there a formal notice or letter would have been more professional then just blocking our contact."

"So incredibly disappointed with this complex. We are moving to the area from Chicago and had high hopes for this place. We had an appointment to take a tour on a Saturday. I called and confirmed my appointment on the Thursday before. Everything was great. The leasing agent on the phone was helpful and gave me great info. On Saturday, we showed up to find that the office was closed. No sign of anyone. No call to let us know they were close. No sign to say they would be right back. Nothing. The sign outside the office even lists the hours of operation, and they were supposed to be open until 5pm that day. We drove three hours just for them to be closed?!? So ridiculous. We were so excited to check this complex out and I was just so angry to come all that way for it to be closed with no warning. I called several times and nothing. I emailed them and have yet to receive a response. Pathetic. Don’t waste your time. If you’re seeking a complex that cares, this isn’t the one."

"I have been living at the village on Springmill for over seven years. I came here from Chicago, and I am very happy to be here. My apartment is towards the back so I have a beautiful yard to look at every day. It’s very quiet and private I love it.. The maintenance staff has always been great. The staff presently is the best maintenance staff we’ve ever had. They are so efficient they are respectable, they clean up and it’s always a pleasure to have them fixing things in my home. I like the office staff they’re very nice to me. I have some disabilities and they help me. If I have a need, they are right on it. Our property manager, Cindy is the best she’s very honest and friendly. The girls in the front have always been kind to me and they explain things to me so that I understand what they are talking about. The new assistant property manager Emily is very good. I feel like I have known her for years. Denise has always been great and Kristen the new girl is very kind too."

"I love living at The VSM! Denise and Kristin are so kind and friendly and helpful, and maintenance really cares about their work and they respond quickly! I moved into a renovated apartment. It had fresh carpet and everything was super clean on move-in day. Packages are easy to get from the community mailroom, and I've had no trouble with mail either. I get groceries and food delivered to my 2nd level apartment with no issue. I feel safe here too. This has been a great experience, and other residents have been very friendly as well. Welcome to your new home!"

"The VSM is by far the best apartment complex I have lived in. Buildings have a homey, cozy look and feel. There are scenic walking trails, 2 dogs parks, and much more. All in top shape. The leasing office staff is not only very friendly and honest, but they truly strive to take care of any concern you may bring to their attention. In addition to that, they put in the dedication to organize fun events for the residents, which is really going above and beyond. The maintenance crew is very professional and quick to address any issues. Great location and accessibility. In short, it's a great place to live."
