"They are urban apartments in an old school building. The apartments are nice, at least when I was there they were all new. The management was not very good. Maintenance just entered into the apartments whenever they wanted to. The refuse to return the deposit even when there is no damage. They never answer the phone. There is no place for the kids to play even though there is lots of land. The rent is reasonable. If you are really desperate it can be a good temporary home. There is no fire escape only a front door. For the price it is nice. But the management is not concerned about the tenants and they don't try to make the apartments feel like a community. They run it like a handicap home."
