"They don't bother to put down salt when it snows and then don't bother to shovel any of it ever. They don't contact a plow company for the main drives either. I have lived here for 3 years and about to leave. They used to take care of the residents. Now all they care about it money. Also if you live on the second floor check your vents for mold. We've has a reoccurring issue with it that has made myself and my family sick. It's a disgrace to want 1100 (1 bed) all the way up to 2000 (3 bed) when they don't bother with the basics. We had to request air filters bc they never came out to check or change them monthly as they are supposed to. In fact for several months the property had no maintenence team at all what so ever. It's also evident that the property manager has no idea what's going on with the maintenance team and there is little to no communication between them. It's sad to see this community move to rapidly down hill. Save your money and find a better place."

"Current resident about to leave. I moved in with my wife back in December 2022. When my wife first moved in and Chelsea was the main person it was great. Now the new head Tiffany I would say is very inexperienced in this field of work I say that because we have a boy cat that likes to hop down off the counter and land with all his weight we had a noise complaint about it and my wife literally told her it’s a cat what do you expect me to do, and here’s the main kicker they will tell you the stuff coming from your vents is mildew which if you know anything about mildew it’s the beginning stages of mold but they will repeatedly tell you it’s not mold it’s mildew but mildew is mold DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!"

"Such a great place to live. Very nice apartments on the inside. Very pet friendly. The dog park is amazing. The pool is nice as well, my daughter loved that. The staff in the office is very friendly. Highly recommend."

"If I could this place 0 stars I would this place is NOT pet friendly. My family and I used to live here and we had a dog that barked for maybe 2 or 3 minutes after we left and the person below us complained and they always took his side. I put up a nanny cam to keep an eye on him and he didn't bark for very long. But they still wanted us to keep our dog from barking. It's a dog friendly place and dogs bark. They also, advertise that the apartments are all hard wood floors but they are definitely not!!!! I would not recommend."

"I cannot say enough positive things about this community. I moved here from MD 6 years ago and love it here. They have made my return home to IN amazing. Kaitlyn and Tiffany in the office are always friendly and helpful. Rod, B.J., and Larry are quick to respond to any maintenace issues.I love to hit the pool to cool off in the summertime. All the other ammenities are 24/7 year round. Get your workout on in the gym, wifi and business center for when you need to print or just surf online, get bronze in the tanning bed, or walk your pup over to the dog park. I've made many friends from just walking around or riding my bike and stopping to lend a hand or just socializing. Definitely 110 out of 100."
