The buildings are a bit older, but maintenance is extremely efficient whenever they're needed, so I don't have any concerns about management. My only complaint would be that some neighbors have been taking shopping carts from local stores and leaving them lying around the courtyard. It's not a pretty sight for others nor a very friendly thing to do to local businesses."
