"This complex needs to be under new management, they don’t fix any of the furnaces and it makes your bill come to huge amounts. They would rather evict you then to approve a subleased. I wouldn’t live here if I was sleeping on the park bench. And on top of that they are trying to raise the rent…people need to stop renting from these slumlords."

"I have lived here three years and no issues really that the office staff didn't take care of. Kim in the office as always responded to all my emails. There is one maintenance guy that is hateful and rude but the offie has made sure to tell him to stay away from my apartment. All the other guys in the maintenance department are awesome and helps when they can. I have a few things that haven't been completed but nothing that I am to worried about."

"Having lived here for 18 months I can confidently say I had to live with bugs the entire time. They spray every month but the guys who come in and spray just do enough to say they did it. I had bugs come up everywhere, the walls, the kitchen, and sometimes in the bed. Tried to get the property managers to fix things that had gone wrong but the maintenance crew weren’t very good at their job. Asked them to fix the lack of water pressure and heat and upon returning home nothing had been done and yet another cold shower was forced to be taken. Maintenance was constantly in and out of the apartment sometimes without any warning of them coming in. Just to fix things that I didn’t care about. Lastly, you will always have a high Duke energy bill. For some reason my bill was always $175, at my new apartment I’m only paying $65 to Duke energy. Basically if you’re looking for an apartment that’s cheap just spend the extra $100 a month and live somewhere else."
