"**another update. piss poor "inspections" done on units. placing replacements for things broken on the renters expense or face a "permanent damage fee. Also raising rent by $100 for an apartment complex that has a trash problem still, graffiti everywhere, numerous units with no ac, cockroaches, etc. probably the worst place to live in Plainfield ***Edit: it’s been a couple years and this place is still terrible even with new owners. AC broke and no idea when they will fix it. Literally told “I’ll be added to the list”. They give less than 24 hr notice of pest control doing a full clean and expect all units to be prepped and vacated or they charge a $50 fee and threaten eviction. No one ever answers the phone and they never return messages. There have been 3 shootings in this complex in the last month also. DO NOT MOVE HERE This place was fine until April took over. All maintenance and grounds keepers quit over a week ago and have not been replaced. No emergency maintenance. Health department called out due to all the garbage in the complex which still hasn't been dealt with. Landscapers ripped electricity meters off the wall of one building leaving multiple residents without power for over 24 hours. April played the "I didn't know card" even though many voice-mails were left for her including calls to corperate and the city. Lose dogs that attacked a small child, again April takes no responsibility even though they are suppose to keep track of residents and their pets. Office is always locked even though we can see the manager inside, calls never answered residents literally ignored. They started roadwork and were negligent in letting the schools know which now results in the kids being picked up and dropped off OUTSIDE the complex. There's also a resident who has threatened to kill people, threatened people with weapons and office staff has done nothing about it even though multiple police reports have been filed that resident still lives here. I regret resigning my lease and can't wait to be out of here. This place is dangerous and disgusting don't move here."

"Will let the apartment above you leak water no matter how many times you call emergency maintenance. Now I have mold they're refusing to fix. Don't bother calling, emailing, or texting their work phone because they never answer. You're better off living on the street."

"This is the 2nd time this month my air conditioning has went out nobody comes to fix anything I have a 4 and 5 year old and they don’t care when I tell them that I have no problem paying my rent every month so why should I pay for the month of September when I still yet to get my air conditioner fixed and nobody calls back or anything it’s very frustrating when it’s 80-90 degrees outside and it’s 90 degrees and my apartment I have to keep a fan on all day just so me and my kids could sleep comfortably at night it’s ridiculous!!!!! DONT MOVE HERE THEY DONT CARE VERY RUDE AND DONT FIX ANYTHING !!! I’m so tired of it I will be keeping my rent money until they decide to come and fix my air .. Update; I was asked to leave an they gave me 30 notice to pack me an my 2 kids up I did an I even cleaned my entire unit I been waiting for my security deposit since I moved out September 23rd I been calling everyday no one picks up so I went in the office was told they didn’t have my new address so I give it to them still no answer about my deposit but I was asked to leave asked if the manager Courtney could contact me an she still hasn’t it’s been a month … this is terrible an awful They keep deleting my review so I will repost every day until I get my deposit"

"They took almost a year to complete several of my maintenance requests. The door to the garbage compactor is too hard to pull open, and when it is opened it doesn’t stay opened for the next trash bag. Then residents pile the trash outside daily. I’m so glad I moved out of there. It’s not worth $1,100 a month at all."

"Horrible place to live! The leasing agent here is so disrespectful and the manager all the same ! Trash everywhere! They refuse to complete work orders this is all around a horrible place to live! This is what you pay for to be welcomed with garbage and horrible smell after a long day of work at the entrance."
