"My sons car was towed without warning. He parked in the garage one night and forgot to move it. No call, no warning, car was towed. We called the police to report it stolen. Police had to look at cameras to see it was towed. Union and towing company hadn’t reported it. Across the street parking is free for residents. At union green side parking is $50 month per car in the garage."

"Moving in was very easy and convenient. Everything from setting up internet and electricity was easy and straightforward. The community is very secure and safe which was the main reason for living here. The staff has been wonderful from the very start. I had an issue with my ice maker in the first week I moved here, and it was fixed within a few hours. It is a bit more pricey than I would have hoped, and extra costs are added on for things like internet, water/sewage, and power, but that is to be expected for most apartments. I believe my total cost per month when including all charges will be around $1364 for a one bedroom, but that can change depending on internet packages and utilities etc. Ultimately, I feel like the safety of the community is worth the extra cost. As for the location itself, it is in downtown Brownsburg and takes about 20 minutes to reach Indianapolis. I will be attending medical school at Marian University so this is very convenient. The only complaint I have is that the parking is a real struggle. The lot is tiny and really only for guests so if you live here you are almost expected to pay $60 a month for parking in the garage. I know it is downtown Brownsburg so parking is a struggle anywhere, but I feel like that should be taken into consideration when building an apartment complex to begin with. I have been here for a week and already had one evening when I was moving in where I had to temporarily park in the garage even though I haven't payed for a garage pass yet. Thankfully, the resident spaces in the garage are never even close to being full so I don't think it was really an issue, but I don't like having to think about where I will be able to park or having to spend an extra $720 a year to use the the garage. Overall, I am very happy to be here and the pros definitely outweigh the cons if you are looking for a SAFE place anywhere close to Indianapolis."
