"Live there a years now. My wife been called the landlord, maintenance never do anything what my wife needed to repair! Refrigerator, microwave handle door is broken since 8 month and never check up! We are deaf and they keep go in my unit without a 24 hours notice! Recommendation not get this apartment. Disrespectful, Racism, discrimination Ada!"

"i lived in a 2 bed one bath. when i first moved in dana was very sweet extremely helpful and was always able to get me what i needed. the reason i left was because the one bedroom was too expensive for what you get. you can get a way nicer apartment somewhere also for around the same price. April and marie in the leasing office were so hard to talk to. they didn’t know anything and were not helpful. there had been multiple instances where they didn’t know what they were doing or what they were talking about and could never help me. And when they can help they give the wrong information. It took 3 months to fix my bathroom sink that was leaking.l because they didn’t put it in for maintenance after asking multiple times. Never answered the phone either. Once Dana left everything went downhill. apartment was nice though but no nice enough to pay as much as it costed. :( miss dana"

"These people invite you to apply without mentioning in their policies that those who do not have a good credit score will not be approved; It was my case and not only that, the worst thing was that for a month and a half they withheld $250 from the administrative expenses of the application, and I needed my money. After that I applied in another place and even more expensive and I was pleasantly approved. I do not recommend this place, it seems that they discriminate against people who are starting with their credit record."
