"The scheduler won't even call you to scheduled a surgery. It's been two months since I saw the doctor they said they would call. This is a terrible e n t office."

It's just like every other Dr office you go to meaning that you make an appt and they tell you to show up 15 minutes early only to have to wait at least 15 minutes after you scheduled appt.or even longer this last time appt was at 215 didn't go back to room until 250 to sit for another 10 mins"

"Doctors are great, administration is horrible. You can't get an appointment, front desk never answers their phones, I am always getting the run around between the offices. They scheduled my son for surgery and didn't even give us the address for the surgery center."

"I have taken my mother here twice. Both times she had extremely long waits. There is no excuse for over an hour wait for an appt. First of all the audiologist team never tested her bone to see if a cochlear hearing aides would help her here .the doctor the first visit didn't know her hearing test results when questioned. What kind of doctor treats patients without knowing all the medical information about her. I for one was extremely dissappointed in the level of care my mother receives from this clinic. I personally wouldn't come here."
