"I was unfortunate enough to be caught in the tornado action on 3/31/2023. The winds uprooted seven of my nine, very old and large trees and dropped them on my house and garage. My agent, Will Endris, was on vacation so Eric Leugers stepped in seamlessly to get me started on the process. He was incredibly easy to get a hold of, responded quickly with answers and checked in on my wellbeing on a daily basis until Will returned. They both walked the house and property, got the adjuster out quickly, who was ALSO wonderful to work with. We got the necessary quotes and worked through all the details. Less than a month later, I will have a check in hand to get my substantial damage covered and they even waived my deductible because the repair bill will be significant.
