"10 years ago this was a great hospital. Now the employees are lazy and lie to you. Take hours to come to your room while your kid is in excruciating pain then tell you the wait was because they just got swamped but the hospital and parking lot is a ghost town. It's universal response to claim they are busy."
"This ER discharged a nursing home resident to the waiting room with no transport back to his skilled nursing facility. They are rude and treat people awful. They should be ashamed of themselves."
"Great doctors..but horrible set up for any services such as labs, xrays, etc. You have to "check-in" multiple places to register, no signs or direction and the hospital has ONE bathroom that they direct you to in the ER. One bathroom, one stall for the entire 1st floor!"
"Had an excellent experience today. Everyone was very on top of their jobs. We didn't have to wait and worry about our Mom. They listened, were very compassionate, very comforting, and informative. They took good care of our Mom, and made a scary experience with her health go as smooth as possible. Our favorite nurse was David. Wonderful at his job! We also feel like we got the best doctor, Dr. Reed. He was very kind and informative. If you're hesitant about visiting, don't be! Excellent people and care!"
