"Recently had a great experience at Concentra of Greenwood for a pre-employment physical. Their process is very streamlined and efficient. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The back office staff member was very skilled and treated me with kindness and respect. I wish I could remember the physician's name - he had a very cheerful disposition and expressed genuine interest and concern for my health and did not make me feel like just a number or patient. Would highly recommend this facility."

"At arrival, I waited over 15 minutes before 1 of the 3 available staff members called me over. Only 1 out of the 4 were actually busy with the only other client, while the rest were chatting or busy on their cellphone. I would not recommend this location due to the lack of awareness and respect for people's time. Micheal, the guy who assisted with the drug screening, was great and very attentive, unlike the ladies by the front desk. Therefore, I'm giving this place a 2 out of 5. Otherwise, I would rate it as 1 star."

"The purpose of my visit to Concentra Urgent Care was for preemployment screening. The establishment was inviting, cheerful, and as one would hope, very clean and sanitary. At roughly 4pm they were moderately busy, yet my wait time was minimal and the staff that I encountered were very professional. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I would definitely use their services for future care and I would recommend them to friends and family."

"I was there at 2pm to take a random drug test. I waited and waited and waited and waited. Watching people that arrived after me over and over and over again being taken care of. I even witnessed a lady and older gentleman walk in an straight back in the examination room. Finally my name was called. Went through the procedure and left at around 4:30pm. I was told that they were short staffed on that day. I will never go to that location ever again. A procedure took 30 minutes but could've taken 15 minutes was unsatisfactory."

"Staff were friendly and attentive. I went for a DOT physical. There was only one doctor and I had to wait about 40 minutes. When the doctor finally came in the exam room, he was very apologetic about me having to wait so long. Everyone was friendly and courteous even for being under staffed and a busy Friday morning. Will definitely go here again."
