"NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE!!!, A friend of mine lived there, for over a year. Management LIES!! Talks about tenants to other tenants and LIES to the owner!! The owner is arragant. This apartment complex offers NO ammenitys in the apartments. other than a window size air conditioner that works overtime, therefore increasing your electric bill."
"Elliotsville apartment complex at 411 South Sale Street the owner and the manager are both pieces of craps because my best friend's husband just lost his leg and he has a service dog to help him and because the service dog lunged, not bit, but lunged at somebody now they have to get rid of his service dog and now he has nothing to keep him company. He can't walk he's crippled. Since he has no Transportation he has to put her in a kill shelter. Reviews go a long long way!"
