"I had an appointment scheduled and the day of she called and canceled. This happened twice. Then someone called and said they had rescheduled us for an in person, at 5 pm in Logansport. We don't live in Logansport. The appointment was for my 3 year old and the appointment was supposed to last 90 minutes. This was inconsiderate because we wouldn't be getting home until 7:30 pm and he's 3! That's bedtime. I just decided to find a different place because I felt like they stung me along all summer."

"Find another service: My health insurance got canceled the day after my fiance had surgery, on top of my ac going out, brackish water coming through my ceiling, being in the heat excessively and to my fiance not being able to walk, having no food money, and all of it triggering my severe ptsd. I'm disabled so I was panicking, and I'm autistic so I was in the worst spot possible. My former skills trainer Kelsey thought it was better to cut me off instead of understand that I'm panicking. She kept hounding me about one subject that I told her I took care of and they're was nothing I could do. when I finally pushed back and said there were more important things in my plate, she ended service. I know she works with autistic kids and it makes me shudder to think how she treats them. funny how no session is recorded you just have to trust these incompetent people with your children. That's fine, because the employees don't really care or they would've understood someone who's autistic with ptsd and other mental health issues that is panicking. Kelsey would not listen when I told her that nothing could be done, that I was out of resources. I said this multiple times and that I just needed to be left alone about it because I have more important things that I need to focus on. She simply said how SHE felt, and that I was wrong. This is not mental health services, this is "paid pity" and neglect, on top of saying offensive things during our sessions about lgbtq+people. What a unprofessional employee, especially when it comes to helping people with mental health issues. She cannot put herself second and execute her job properly. Pretending to care is very dangerous when it comes to mental health. If they don't get paid to care, then they don't. it's not a coincidence that all this happens when someone else screws up my insurance and preventing her from being paid on my behalf. update: my fiance called fssa and was told that I was correct. people are not doing their job and now are being investigated on policy breaking by their peers and supervisor. the paperwork that I sent in ON TIME CORRECTLY didn't get marked as recieved. This is vastly different from less than 2 days ago where I was told nothing could be done yet again. Which is what I told Kelsey repeatedly while asking for some time alone to take care of my fiance. I will be reporting all of this to 4c along with other information of rules that were broken during sessions. skills trainers should be further trained to deal with people in crisis. I told her I had suicidal ideations and instead of providing info on what to do, she took it as a threat. furthermore when skills trainers tell you you can just talk to them, they're lying."

"I am a recent former employee. This is not to speak bad of a company. However, I just watched Four County lose an employee, who if I were CEO of a company, would have fought to keep them. And I am not speaking of myself. Even though I am excellent at caring for others. But those are the people you don't want to lose. In the beginning I thought I had the best job in the world. But, unfortunately it changed. And they lost that amazing employee due to that and other issues. It's a shame. Truly. There is no work and home life balance. And are constantly expected to work off the clock. It's unfortunate. I hate seeing great people go. People who really care about their clients. And I wish that wasn't the case."
