"The staff & doctor were all really nice and professional, everything was explained well & any questions I had were addressed. The facility was very clean and all the equipment seemed to be top notch & well maintained. I only went in for an initial consultation so the appointment went fairly quick, it took a few minutes for the doctor to get to me but they were really busy. Even though they were busy I didn’t feel like I was rushed through & I felt like I was given the best care possible."

"I walked in the door for the 1st time ever today. Was immediately surrounded by a very competent and efficient staff. Within 30 minutes time I was X-rayed, inspected and a plan of action was in place. Within another 30 minutes time my dentist had carefully and PAINLESSLY numbed the affected area and the 2 teeth were extracted moments later. PAINLESSLY! I cannot stress how grateful I am to these people who have helped me OUT of my pain. Ive suffered for quite some time. And I found the total price I paid financially for services rendered to be very acceptable. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart."

"Dr. Murray was amazing. He was able to fit me in on the same day as my consultation to have a few teeth removed (everywhere else in town couldn’t even schedule a consultation until mid-January). They also worked with me on a payment option so I didn’t have to spend anything out of pocket today. "So far so good! I'm in the middle of getting lower implants! Everything and everyone has been great! I wanted to give 5 stars. It is hard to get in, to get a quick adjustment of my temporary, which makes it difficult to eat with them. Hopefully next review will be a 5 star with a picture. Until then..."

"I shared actual pictures I took from my visit of the dirty and rusty tools they put in my mouth.. to say I was disgusted would be an understatement.. the doctor was also very short with me and rude, I felt like I was getting in trouble with my dad when I said I could feel what was going on. I have severe PTSD and anxiety and a very low pain tolerance so dental visits are always terrifying for me and this visit made it to where I will never set foot in ANY Aspen dental no matter the location. When I went TO LADD dental, they didn’t treat me that way. And when I said I was in pain the doctor actually took his time to check to see what was going on.. from now on I will continue to go to LADD Dental for all my dental needs. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this location.."
