"We sent a driver for a pre employment drug test. On the the custody form a wet signature was missing from the collector and therefore we couldn't get the results. We contacted the clinic multiple times and finally they gave us a tracking number that the documents were resent with wet signature on the form. It was suppossed to be delivered 1/31/23 and today is 2/3/23 and still not delivered. So I contacted Fedex to check what the issue is. And Fedex told me that that package does not exist as there is no recepient information. THEY LIED!!! They are unprofessional and liars!! And they do not care to resolve the issue nor that they are the direct reason for delay in hiring someone because they don't know how to do their job properly! The collector name is Nancy Arenas."
