"This was my first visit to the office and I was not impressed. I had a 1pm appointment and being that I was a new patient I showed up a little early. Didn't have to wait long to be shown to an exam room and have my vitals taken. Then I sat for an hour waiting to see Dr. Villaran. I could hear voices in the exam rooms to the left and right of me as other patients were being seen. After an hour my mom went to the reception desk to make sure I hadn't been forgotten about. She was told the doctor was on his way to the office from the hospital. I should have been told that he was not in the office upon my arrival. That information would have been much better received had I been told when I first got there. I asked if I could see another doctor and was told I could see the nurse practitioner. I declined as I have already had a bad experience with a nurse practitioner at Marram Health. Please, please, please ask if the doctor is in when you sign in if you choose to make an appointment at this facility. Needless to say I won't be going back."
