"I love those apartments besides i truly believe as far as the noise complaints the office can do a better job by speaking to the residents who are loud and disruptive toward the good tenants. You can eventually run away good people by allowing negative to be disruptive toward others. I have seen it to many times!"

"The apartments complex seem to be a safe area no trouble. But that being said the walls are not sound proof, meaning you can hear the neighbors voices talking at a medium level voice in or out side your apartment and the floors are cheap you can here every footstep every loud bang, slam and ding they make even on a single level apartment. Not sure about the 3 floor buildings but I would imagine they are just as cheap. You can see the nails in the drywall protruding out a little bit everywhere in the apartment and they cheaply just painted over it. But if you don't mind these things and your lucky enough to get neighbors that are quiet it not to bad here. Also the fire department is right next door so you hear a lot of sirens."
