"I usually stay at the Hilton Garden Inn for work but last weekend the Hilton was booked so the csr told me about the Hampton Inn which wasn’t far from the hospital. I’m tired so why not it’s Hilton right. I get there and the appearance was much better than I thought. The room was clean the bathroom was clean. I turned on the heat and headed to the shower. There were no linen. No wash cloths, no towels… The heat did not work and the front desk dismissed anything I had to say. I will never stay here again mainly because of the customer service I got that next morning. She could have offered another room at another time and I would have still recommended that location but I would never recommend that type of attitude I received."

"Upon check in found Bed Bugs, brought the front desk a video of them and asked for another room and was told there weren't any because they were all sold out. We asked for a refund and were denied. We went next door to the Holiday Inn Express (much nicer) and got our rooms there. The GM refused to return my calls over the next couple of weeks, I left several (5) messages. Not only did they not provide a refund, they held on to the incidental fee even though we were only in the room for a minute or two before seeing the bed bugs. I disputed the charges with my credit card company. Corporate was also not helpful. Go next door to the Holiday Inn, its a bit more expensive but well worth it for the peace of mind."

"So far, all of the customer service employees have been very nice. There is one that works at night that is a little weird... kinda stand offish. However, everyone here has been nice. I checked in on Sunday and they only had one bottle of water left. Here it is Wednesday and they still do not have water. I guess someone waited until it was too late to order or they are told not to give it out. Either way, that is a change from all of my previous stays. I have stayed here a few times. Every time, it gets a little worse. I believe that this is the last time I will stay. The room smells strongly of Marijuana, likely because the window does not close all of the way. The smell of stale cigarettes lingers in the halls. At night, I am awakened by a stronger smell of cigarettes. I believe that people are smoking in the bathrooms and trying to let the vent fan pull the smoke out. The desk chair in the room does not adjust and is hard as a rock. I have gone multiple times to the front desk because my key does not work. I am not alone in this, a man just fussed at the night auditor because his has failed every night this week. The pillows are flat and unusable. I have had difficulty sleeping all week. I think I will look down the interstate to the hotels down there. I come up here several times per year and so do others in my company. I guess I will find a new place to recommend."

"I was apprehensive due to the reviews but booked anyway. It wasn't as bad as some made it out to be but it wasn't great either. Couldn't definitely use a good scrubbing and facelift. There was some mold in the bathroom under the lip of the sink that you could see while sitting on the toilet. The room was otherwise clean. My main complaint was with the pillows. Worst pillows ever. I woke up with horrible neck pain. If you book, BYOP. The breakfast was good (sausage, scrambled eggs, potatoes, toast) husband had waffles."
