"Can’t fill out paperwork despite given a word for word fmla form, dismissed my partner’s chest pain, randomly vanishes and decides to close at 2 in the afternoon, cost my partner his job because they think not filling out a doctor’s note is fine, apparently taking 2 months is their speed, next time my partner has a heart attack we’re going somewhere else, maybe then we’ll be listened to. Don’t go to them unless you absolutely have to."

"If I could do the review without selecting any stars I would!! My mom got covid yesterday so when I called her dr office I found out her dr Nantez ( her normal GP who is a nice dr!)was on vacation, and the dr covering for her was Dr. Zack and he wouldn't write my mom a script for the antiviral drug. I even explained to the girls in the front that she has CPOD and will be 85 next month. I later called the office back after hours because my mom seemed to be more congested, Dr Zack called me and when I asked him why he couldn't write her a script he told me to call an ambulance and hung up on me! Real professional isn't he? Absoutley ridiculous!!!"

"Dr Zack is an amazing Dr! He is very compassionate and goes above and beyond for his patients to ensure they understand their diagnosis and illness. He works wonderfully with other doctors to ensure the best care. His staff is very friendly, respectful and efficient! I have been with him for about 4 years now and moved my children from their pediatrician to him as well so he now sees my four children in addition to myself and several other family members."

"I don't know why anyone would give this guy a five. Dr. P. Zack was nothing but a pain my my rear. I won't go into my medical details but he won't deal with more than one issue per visit now that he is with a corporation. I left his office mad once then crying the last time. I adore his nurses and they are the only reason I went to him as long as I did. The office has no privacy between you and the receptionist as well. This doctor is good for writing antibiotic scrips and dealing with minor health issues like athletes foot. If you are sicker than that, find a specialist because he will insist on that from the get go."
