"Bought a house from them on contract, and they failed to pay property taxes on the house. We learned from the county that the county was going to take our home because of his negligence to pay his taxes. This company is a scam. Ben Cahill refuses to honor his signed contract, so off to court we now go for the full contract amount, all because he’s a con artist , a liar, and a horrible business. This company operates by ripping people in the community off... do not rent or buy from them at all! You have been warned! Just a warning to all potential customers please take the time to research this company before you sign the dotted line as this company fails in so many ways and numerous complaints ( most unresolved) exist about this company and how they neglect their responsibilities to their customers and the community as a whole. Ben is part of the good ole boy club of corruption that is plaguing vermilion county as county and city officials allow this guy to rent out building / apartments with hazardous conditions and life threatening safety concerns. This company fails to remedy most complaints against them, and have a very very poor rating in the community. Ben Cahill uses this company as a front and is a nothing more than a slumlord con artist that neglects his responsibilities to his community"

"House in Georgetown we rented had bed bugs before we moved in, confirmed by Orkin. Asked them to allow Orkin to treat and they insisted on Ray's cause they're cheaper. I asked for my first month's rent and deposit back and they refused so I went to a lawyers office. After they watched me come out of the lawyers office they called me and said they would. Now they won't rent to me, oh well...DO NOT RENT FROM THEM"
