"Kept my Security when I moved I completed walkthrough and everything checked out. Went to pick up my security given some lame excuse as why they kept it. I'm Senior Disabled Citizen and needed my money!"

"I wish I could put zero stars I Do not recommend. Walls are extremely thin, you can hear literally everything, no surveillance cameras, I’ve had multiple packages stolen & management didn’t do anything about it. Outdated, spider infested, Management doesn’t do anything about music complaints even though on the lease it says fail to comply by rules” lease will be terminated. A LIE. They don’t take your concerns seriously. Save yourself the headache & the money. And definitely need new management"

"These ppl are very greedy... they kicked all the old tenants out of their apartments. 1 by 1 by taking over management. Trying to find any and everything to find a reason to do so. Mine was that I spoke up about the loose stair case my son fell down of. They decided not to renew my lease. The boost up the rent $300 more $... everyone I know is gone. Not even worth the headache. I hope this place gets shut down. When I moved the manager told the school, my son didn't go their. But they didn't know I had bought a house around the corner. Fkin idiots..."

"Don't live here the management is very disrespectful. They keep going up on the rent. My son fell down the stairs. I reported to them and they didn't want to renew my lease. Lots of poisonous spiders. I got bit by one"

"Nice spacious apartments. But outdated and very DIRTY. Spiders & webs all through the halls, backdoor & main doorway, no one cleans here & hasn't since I've lived here. sometimes they have people come vacuum the hallways but the walls are filthy and in need of a wipe down & new paint job, it's webs & dead spiders in hallways & laundry room and it stinks in hallway all the time. One neighbor said she seen a roach in her apartment, the lights in the hallways are very dim & shaky they need to be replaced but I'm sure they never will as it's been that way since I've been here. Same with the stair case it's two steps that are very loose thats a lawsuit waiting to happen. They don't get done what maintenance you ask. You can hear literally EVERYTHING in these apartments. Literally everything. These apartments are older & there is nothing in-between the walls so you can hear everything!"
