"I'm literally writing this at 4:46 Am in the morning I was sleeping and nearly jumped out of my skin. 7 minutes ago it was a very loud siren ( located inside the walls they said ) had to cover my ears while this ear splitting siren goes off 5 while minutes later. now I can't go back to sleep don't ever come here very unprofessional."

"Don’t Stay Here! Rooms are nasty! I got my 2020 Infinity Stolen! I hate this Place exists!!!! Needs to be investigated ASAP! The floors is so nasty! The bathroom about to cave in! Go somewhere else! Don’t waste your time or money! The staff is Sad! Don’t care about anything! The security is a joke!!!!!!"

DONE DEAL DIGITAL:

"The front desk clerk was very rude and dishonest. He wouldn’t allow me to rent a room even though reservations were made in advance. I asked for an early check-in but was turned away and told to come back at 2:30 p.m. When I returned the same desk clerk was on shift and still would not honor my reservations so I ask for a refund. I was told I was refunded!!! When I asked for a confirmation number I was told “there isn’t one, I’ll get it in my email”. Never got the email. Long story short the place is a dump very low budget. I had to contact the booking agency and file a report. At this point I was refunded the total amount."

"I apparently all the rooms are smoking rooms except for the third floor I entered the room and I saw the bathtub was filthy I touched the bed can you fulfill the springs at the surface of the mattress. I asked him to change my room in the Next Room they gave me was dirty and not even made up. I cancel my reservation and left"

"Absolutely disgusting! There is no better word to say for this place. Cockroaches, mold, burnt cigarette holes in the bedroom, feces on the ceiling, and I dont even want to know what was on the floor! This place is a health hazard for you and anyone with you. Frankly, the health department needs to get involved. I checked out after 10 minutes of being in that room. Took me over a week to be refunded almost $500! Save your time, money and health. Baymont in Addison, IL has much better rooms for slightly a little more but it’s worth it and they serve free breakfast without the cockroaches."
