"One of the best hotels in the south suburbs rooms are clean and very peaceful and Natasha the hotel manager is absolutely amazing I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone family and pet friendly"
"Management was terrible. We were visiting friends and the toilet flooded and they tried charging us for absolutely nothing that we did, it isn’t nor was it our fault for their toilets breaking. They willingly gave key cards to me when they didn’t even ask for an id (very unsafe). Under a blue light the sheets were stained and disgusting. Overall this hotel is not worth anyone’s money. Also they are extremely racist."
"There was nothing special about the rooms. Just ordinary. No free breakfast cleaning ladies were quite rude but the location cannot be beat and the prices are very low"
"Positives: Easy access from Interstate, easy parking, friendly employees, looked decent outside, but the #1 positive is we only had to stay one night. Negatives: Extremely run down property inside. Once we stepped off the elevator into the 3rd floor hall, the smell of cigarettes and weed was overpowering. Holding our breath, once we got to our room it was at least a little better inside the room but you could still smell smoke. Hallway carpeting is disgusting, stained, and pulling up in lots of spots. At least the room had newer laminate that was in OK shape. Counters and cabinets in the kitchenette are completely falling apart. Bed is terrible. At least our AC worked, our friends room had no working AC. Couldn't wait to leave the following morning, in fact we got up early than we planned just so we could get out of there."
"Place needs to be gutted and remodeled. Very unclean. Kitchen needs to be updated. Dresser needed to be replaced. Damage to picture on the wall. Matress was stained. Bathroom very clean."
