"I thought this place was established enough whereas I would recommend my family but no. I don’t like how when you call the front desk, they do not answer but when you go into the place they are not busy at all- even talking and laughing amongst themselves. I don’t like how the front desk staff treats black people. It’s really harsh and rude. But when it’s their own they go beyond the call of duty to ensure they feel safe , welcomed and actually has patience for them. I dont like how the doctors really does nothing for you or don’t resonate with you. There is not empathy and zealous compassion. Very robotic behavior. I don’t like how I have to wait months for an appointment. I don’t like how when my appointment is for 11:30 I am not seen until 12:45."

"If young women are coming in to see a OBGYN I hope they work on the Doctors bedside manner! The doctor was rude and late. Nobody directly to call regarding prescriptions. I'm mad I wasted a visit here. Never again. I work to hard for my insurance to be disrespected and not have my time valued as well."

"My first therapy session with Chicago family health was back in March and the experience was not a good one. My therapist was a nice man, but I could tell he was reading off of a script and didn't know how to properly talk to me. Plus the therapy sessions were only 30 minutes and I was only able to meet with my therapist once a month. You can tell they are under staff, which I understand, but I would not recommend this fatality"
