"I did my labs 8/17/2023, it's past 7 days now & my labs are still untested Today's date 9/2/2023 no email no call about my results. I wouldn't trust the test results of Labs tested past 7 days ... I physically went into the clinic to get my test results after 7 days only forthe nurse to tell me I didn't have labs that didn't make any sense to me since it had been 7 days at that point she told me she was going to call labcorp and it's been 3 days since that...no results. Then my first appointment at this clinic they assigned me a doctor who was having her last week there what was the point in doing that!!!!... My experience so far this place is completely incompetent someone's lazy and not doing their job."

"Ms.Phyllis is one of the best doctors here! It took her after years of me going to other facilities for her to look at all my paperwork and inform me of my lab results in depth . She doesn’t rush you . You can tell she loves what she does. I live in bronzeville and drive this far and when I move to Sheridan I will still drive this far ! Thankyou"

"Dr. Brinkman recently left and he was a wonderful doctor. A doctor I could rely on and built trust with. The only doctor who has cared enough to make sure I have all my exams/medications/vaccines etc. up to date. I wish I could get info on where I could see him at another office. I’m glad however he left CFHC, even if it means I can’t see him. This location itself is small yet it is clean. I think the staff is the biggest issue. Hard to get anyone on the phone and forget it if you are waiting on any paperwork that the staff is in charge of. The nurses are nice enough but they seem overworked. I had a TERRIBLE experience with a nurse practitioner named PHYLLIS EGGLESTON. The nastiest woman I’ve ever spoken to in the health care system. I mean just a terrible attitude, you would think I ran her dog over with my car. Dr. Brinkman was all booked up and I just needed a refill so I decided to have a quick video appointment with her. I regret it tremendously. Anyways save yourself the trouble. The only good doctor they had is gone."

"Dr Aaron brinkman treated me horribly, after I was injured at work. I don't know what to do about this but I'm definitely going to report him. He threw me away as a patient after I seen him for an appointment on December 17th. I asked him for his notes as well as help with the paperwork for workers comp so I'm able to be paid while I'm off getting better. He gave me a hard time as well as telling me after filling out the paperwork that he doesn't want to see me as a patient anymore. He threw me away like I was nothing. Like my life doesn't matter. I have the text messages in my phone to prove it. It's really sad to see that doctors act this way"
