"I don’t care what anyone has to say if you treat people bad you’re going to get the same energy. ALL The women here are absolutely amazing! Always so helpful/understanding and do their best to help me when I need it! I definitely never have received the type of genuine care from other hospitals or care aid facilities like I have from them; talk bad about Danville, talk bad about aunt Martha’s but these women are real life everyday heros! ❤️"
"They called me the day before my original appt that I had for over a month to tell me the dentist would not be in the office on my scheduled day. Now if that wasn't enough, I get to my appt and after arriving 15mins early I am made to wait 1hr with no explanation. I go up to the desk and ask what's going on and if the dentist are on break or something she says yes and it will be an additional 15min wait. I ask for a reschedule and she says nothing available until Jan 2, 2018 and I said never mind. It really pissed me off because I made sure to call them 3 times to confirm my appt time, but never once did they say the dentist would be at lunch. Over the top, I finally get into the dentist chair and I am told that I can not get the procedure that I was scheduled for because I need a yearly exam first and they can't do both my planned procedure and exam because they can only give patients 30 mins each appt. I am so pissed."
"I have been attending this facility for almost 2 years now and have received some of the best service ever! The nurses and receptionist are all kind and helpful and my doctor is always willing to listen. When I was first going, in 2015, the wait times were ridiculous - almost 45 minutes late! Now, since they have added more staff and require appointments for all services, even labs, things are going smoothly. Only on rare occasions do I have to wait more than 10 minutes to get into my appointment. Their new Patient Portal keeps me from having to call in or go in to make appointments or get refills for medication. My only problem is with the lab company - they need to check their equipment for accuracy; I've had to go in multiple times for a blood draw because they said it was not enough in the tube - fix it Labcorp!!"
