"It’s a hit or miss on if you feel welcomed here or not. Some of the staff is super nice and helpful while others are rude. The place overall isn’t bad, but me and my girlfriend kept coming to them for numerous problems only to usually be told the same exact thing. “Change formula, keep giving him this medicine, etc.” We finally switched to Carle and let Riverview know that we were cancelling all future apts. The lady asked for reason, and after my girlfriend stated that it was because we were choosing too and we found a new doctor, the lady then said she wanted specific reasoning. After telling them our issues, and how they never answer the phone during business hours for reasons they tell us to call for, the lady proceeds to hang up on my girlfriend while she is mid-sentence."

"I cannot recommend Riverview enough. I was very very nervous about my 4 month old daughters first appointment with them and they were so kind and welcoming. They made me feel very comfortable and were amazing to my sweet girl as well as reassuring to me when I had questions or concerns."

"While SOME of the staff are phenomenal, others are rude and treat you as if you're lower than pond scum. Terrible at organizing, their systems are always down or never updated. And what I mean by that is I've paid several bills and the front desk woman would try to get me to pay AGAIN just because their side hadn't updated yet. And their computers and phones are always down. They also schedule WAY too many people in a day. Doesn't matter if you're on time or not. You'll have to wait to be seen. And they definitely won't call you ahead of time to tell you. They wait until you've taken your baby out of your warm car to tell you and make you walk back."
