"Canceled my appointment for no reason. An appointment is an appointment and If you can’t manage to honor an appointment then why offer them? I’ve been there three times and every time was a waste of my time. Staff is either rude, ignorant or a combination of both. I’ve also experienced the “used car salesman” feeling from this place as they always want to add unnecessary procedures or “accidentally” overcharge or add charges to bills. I’ll be going to Midwest dental and I have to recommend the same to anyone else."

"Love the group at the Danville Illinois office. They are always friendly and happy to help. The only reason for 4 stars is the difficulty in getting my dentures to look and fit right. Would recommend to everyone!"
