"I came in here to buy balloons and they put priority for balloons orders only so if you're standing in line to buy a balloon right then in there, they will not sell you balloons you have to place an order ahead of time. Do not go to this party city that is ridiculous and unprofessional and very poor business!!! They said I had to wait 3 hours for balloons and then they mock you in the line while you're walking out!!!!!!! If I was the owner of this establishment! I would be firing the employees that let money walk out the door!!! YOUR FIRED!!! Would be my words!!"
