"Kathy was our travel agent. Didn't really communicate well with me. Every month for 6 months i would have to email her to find out if whatever issue she came across with SW airlines was resolved. As days got closer to our trip, we weren't sure if we were going to have to owe, or if our flights would be cancelled or what. When i gave her my feedback that she should consider reaching out to her clients regardless of the circumstances just to let them know she hasn't forgotten about them she got very defensive. I was just trying to point out something i didn't appreciate and would want to help her with future clients. Needless to say, i won't be back. When asked if she can email us some resorts she would recommend we only received 3 options and didn't seem family friendly as requested. It really seemed like she didn't really care to help us. We have a family of 30 traveling next year for a wedding, i'll make sure to tell them to avoid this place at all cost."

They mailed an unnecessary confirmation to my house a month before addressed to Mr and Mrs and my wife opened it. Ruined my $6000 surprise. Promised sign and roses in the room in Antigua and nothing. Complete failure"
