"This pharmacy lacks professionalism as well as compassion for it’s customers. My 72 year old Mom was in pain after a procedure and I asked if they could expedite her pain meds. I tried to call them once I got her home and explain to them once again that she was in a lot of pain. The young lady that took the call was rude and apathetic and did not try at all to accommodate her. I went back to the store and had them return my Moms prescription and went to the Walgreens on Brandon Street. I had my prescription filled within 10 minutes. If you are looking for a pharmacy that cares about your needs this is not the one! I implore you to please go elsewhere!! Just a Word of advice to the staff, if you don’t have the compassion it takes to be in healthcare please do this community a favor and find another profession!"

"Horrible horrible customer service. These people will not answer their phones, not even to ask if you'll hold. The pharmacy kept picking up the phone then placing me on hold without saying a word. They lied stating my prescription needed doctors approval so they would not have to refill my prescription. BP meds aren't meds that need to be put on hold if not necessary. Incompetent and unprofessional. I went to the Whitesburg location and they filled my prescription immediately."
