One of my favorite parts is the pictures that they take and the care that they take and the paperwork that they give you at the end that includes a picture of your fur baby :-) it's such a delight! They're also very good about following COVID safety measures, and everything is done curbside due to the pandemic. Unfortunately, Dr. Straeter had to give us unexpected bad news about our beloved 10-year-old dog, Baby. But she was one of the kindest and most compassionate veterinarians I've ever met, and her genuine care and concern meant a lot at a difficult moment. She took time to make sure I understood what she had found with the heart ultrasound, and she patiently answered all my questions.
