"This firm is NOT aggressive, DO NOT waste your valuable time waiting for this firm to give you empty promises week after week . They are a JOKE. I was involved in a dog bite. Provided all documents the day that were requested. My case sat for months without any movement. I did all the legwork: for ex: I provided addresses of the people who were involved and needed to be served. I provide documents that they admitted they were wrong. That the dog was previously aggressive. Beware of dog signs. When and where they were, nursing license information, driving records, bankruptcy documents. BEGGED them to serve the couple of the dog who had attacked me: nothing. Just said they needed more time. The couple were due to leave at the end of the year and I knew they would be extremely difficult to locate once they moved. I started with Wettermark on Oct 15, 2023 and terminated the contract Dec 5, 2023. 7.5 weeks of email exchanges with minimal responses. I changed firms to Belt, Bruner & Barnett and immediate actions were taken. The new firm looked to see if anything was filled, of course nothing was filed. Within a week and a half the couple involved were served and things were moving. When the above mentioned firm requested the file; there were 6 documents in my file, however I had provided about 50 picture’s and multiple pieces of documents. I document for a living; I’m not the one. DO NOT WASTE your time with the firm, they will sit for weeks and weeks and fill you full of garbage."
