There were a couple of times in the past with a rude cashier or a drunk or idiot from the video booths in the back. But overall I've been happy. During pandemic when open they were very helpful and courteous. Are the private viewing booths or the video booths ever opening back up?"

"When I purchased my toy, the clerk started charging the toy before ringing me up. I asked if this was because of the no-return policy, and if I should be worried. Another clerk chimed in - he assured me there was nothing to be worried about, he had bought the same toy for his gf a couple of months ago and it worked fine, was durable, reliable, ect. It broke within a week. A $100 toy should last longer than a week, regardless of return policy. I won't be returning."
