"Do NOT use this location! Only 1 person working. Appointments ran over an hour behind. Waited 25 minutes to be seen after the person before us left. Sent prescription to the attached pharmacy that was closed by the time we were seen. Absolutely clueless and no respect for patient’s time."

"It was only one doctor and one nurse doing both intake and looking at patients. They were stressed but kind and very thorough, and didn't speed me through the door. It was a Sunday, and the only other place had a 5 hour wait. I was in and out of here within an hour. I was impressed."

"DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Scheduled my rapid COVID test online this morning. I proactively called ahead to confirm my test & get arrival instructions. I spoke with a female employee of the College Mall Rd minute clinic. I was told they were out of tests and have been for days upon arrival. Fix your website. Inform your employees. Don’t misinform & waste your guests time. Avoid this place like the plague (lol)."

"Nothing serous, just a sinus infection but I couldn't get in to see my regular doc right away. Was a bit leery but it turned out to be a good experience -minimal check in procedure and I was seen right away. The nurse practitioner was thorough and explained the different options well. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel at ease."

"I was in there the other day and it was easily some of the worst service I’ve ever received. From the beginning, I was left waiting out at the desk for 10 minutes before someone came to help me and check me in. The wait to get in wasn’t terrible, but the nurse practitioner I had was terrible. I don’t know if she was trying to be the funny and “cool” person to a college student, but she was cussing, saying really strange comments, and made me and my boyfriend extremely uncomfortable while making weird comments in the room. At the end, she hadn’t told me what I had, what medicine I was receiving, or even how many times to take it. I will never go back to this location again. I’m still sick and I’m going to see a real doctor tomorrow because her diagnosis has done nothing."
