"I need to get vaccinated, so I drove directly to the store, only to be told I needed to schedule an appointment online. Back at home, I logged onto the CVS website to make an appointment, but every time I reached the final step, it said "No Locations Found." When I called the store again, before I could even finish speaking, the staff informed me they were about to close. The website is terrible, and so is the service attitude."
