"The first time you get a prescription filled here, you have to call to confirm it. It’s been two weeks and I cannot get through to anybody, nor find an alternative way to confirm that I would like my prescription filled. Calling turns into hold times so long that I have to eventually give up, or an automated message telling me that wait times are too long to accept my call. There’s no answering machine and no way to access the portal without calling first, either. Truly frustrating."
