"I called to place a RX and waited over 25 mins just to speak to someone….I’ve worked at cvs for years as tech and we never ever went this long without answering and putting someone on hold… the reviews are bad for a reason so avoid this pharmacy if you can"

"The pharmacist was very incompetent and unprofessional. My doctor sent in the prescription in the afternoon, but when I got there in the evening, they said they just received it and needed 30 minutes to fill it. After 30 minutes, they said they needed another 20 minutes because they misplaced the order. They lied repeatedly and tried to cover up their mistakes."

"This CVS is awful. I pay $5 a month for their carepass JUST so I don’t have to stand in line forever- because no matter what time you go, there is a long line. I’ve currently been on hold for AN HOUR waiting for someone to pick up. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes earlier today. Take your business elsewhere."

"Note to the female tech working the drive up window last Wednesday night. I get it you are over worked and most likely underplayed for your time. Empathy for your customers goes a long way, but snapping at them gets you a 1 Star review. If you said, " I am sorry we are short staffed and appreciate your patience while we work on filling your prescription" instead of " I am still working on filling scripts from 10AM" I probably would not be writing this review. Kindness under pressure is a learned skill you might want to add it to your skill set. And to the pharmacist on duty, I wish you had stepped in to quell the emotions. Given a choice, in the future, it will not be CVS on Rangeline Rd in Carmel."

"I’m not one to write many reviews, especially one-star reviews that can hurt businesses, but this is the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have multiple medications here that are controlled substances and there is currently a shortage, so I call ahead to ask for my meds to be put in process and filled whenever I remember to call. I understand I can’t pick them up right away but I want to make sure my prescription is filled so that I can pick it up after 30 days - otherwise I’m often waiting 7-14 days or have to bother my psychiatrist to send my script to a different pharmacy. I travel constantly for work and being without my meds is detrimental when I need to focus on driving. I understand they don’t have many employees and experience constant turnover, making it hard to train new employees, but this is the most frustrating pharmacy to deal with when I already have my personal health issues to deal with and worry about. I’m switching to a new pharmacy as soon as I’m able to get in with my psychiatrist again."
