"We were planning to go to the winter show this past Saturday. I made an online reservation 2 weeks ahead of time. When we arrived, our name was not on the list. It was very disappointing. There must be something wrong with their website online reservation system. They need to check it out. I would call and make the reservation to make sure you are confirmed. Waste of time driving out there."
