"My sister in law had a wedding shower. The facilities are beautiful and the food was very good. The staff on the day of the event were great and helpful. However, Erin Czajka, the director of operations is the reason for the 2 stars. She was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. She was rude and late in calling you back. She offered zero advice on room setup. Her response was “we can do whatever you want”. They offered zero pictures of the room on their website. We had no ideas what the room looked like and then she sent 3 limited pics from someone’s shower. Do not expect any customer service from here."
