"I went in today for a heart scan (calcium scoring) at Greenbrooke Imaging. Everyone in the office, from the front desk to the imaging tech (Holly) to the person who discussed my results (I believe her name was McKayla but apologies if I got her name wrong) were absolutely so professional, personable, and kind. Highly recommend this location for any imaging tests you may need."

"They are the best people the front office staff well organized! & Also the person did my MRI and older lady been there over 40 years very informed had all the information I logged in on it the St Francis app on E-Check in sit less than 5 minutes and I was already on the MRI!!! Complete opposite of the staff and the problems I went through last Wednesday at Smith valley road imaging also connected with St Francis, also Julie Dickerson supposed to be the manager operator of the St Francis site no call no information trying to find out what happened why I walked out of their place after 35 minutes of waiting and the rude personnel never come back again!!!!! If I was a Manager, I'd want to know why somebody left the office and turn Down Money on an MRI that they Should be Getting Money Instead of Treating a Patient with "zero customer courtesy," & I think the Whole Staff Needs to be Watching Patch Adams Movie and find out people Are Not numbers they are there, So they have jobs and they get paid for taking Care of the Customer's !!!"
