"My mother and I have been phlebotomy patients here for years. We've had nothing but excellent experiences. The receptionists, at the front desk, provide an expedited check-in service. I am an anatomical challenge for any phlebotomist, yet I have still received competent, compassionate, and quality care during each visit at St. Francis Imaging Center. We ❤ our phlebotomist because she's stellar."

"if i could give this place a 0 i would! i went for an mri on my ankle to see if it’s broken yesterday first the front desk was rude to us then told us to go sit down after going up there when we came in waited about 30’mins then called me up. after about 10 more mins they called me back they threw my leg around and was rude to to my husband cuz he usual can calm me down when i’m freaking out cuz i’m claustrophobic then made me walk without my knee scooter and my boot when my doctor told me specifically not to put any weight on it then she put my leg in this like cast thingy to scan and pushed my foot down and i was about to scream at her at that point. then i got super sick from the mri and that’s the first time i’ve ever been sick from one and then she gave me a small squish ball to squish when i need out and i squished it and i was like i need a minute i’m getting severe anxiety she goes well ur heads not in the machine ur fine. and walked back to put me back in. i got super sick after. still very nauseous and sorta still dizzy a day later!!"

"Always slow at the lab. Today I go in for a fasting lab, so I haven’t eaten in 12 hours. They check me in and just say that there are 2 people ahead of me. It’s not until later that they say their one lab tech hasn’t even shown up yet and they have no idea when or if they will. It would have been nice to have had that info when signing in as I had to go to work. Ended up driving to Stones Crossing and they were short a person, but I still got in and out quickly. Will not be back here for the lab and I know another guy said he wouldn’t come back to this lab. Several of us left after finally being informed that they didn’t even have a tech to do the draws."

"My go-to for blood draws for lab work! No appointment needed, and each time I’ve walked in they take me back almost instantly and I’m in and out. I know most medical offices are limiting visitors, but I’ve brought my 2 small children with me with no issues and that makes it so much easier for me to just pop in and out"

"i have labs/blood work completed every 6 months and always use this facility. I have to say the Staff is always been friendly and professional. I have never waited longer than i expected however they can get busy. Average wait time for me has been 15 minutes."
